DOUBLE DEEP RACKING
Pallets are stored 2-deep and accessed using material handing equipment with pantograph or telescopic forks. Designed for excellent storage capacity, this system uses floor space efficiently by reducing the number of access aisles needed, and means forklifts have less distance to travel. First in, last out access makes double deep pallet racking less suitable for rapid stock rotation or perishable products.
CARPET RACKING
Carpet racking is specifically designed to store full rolls of carpet, vinyl and other long products. Our carpet racks are double-deep selective pallet racks and utilise MDF that extends front to back, supported by interior beams. These solid, smooth shelves allow you to load and unload product easily without the product catching.
DRIVE IN RACKING
This style of racking is perfect for high-density storage for warehouses with a low number of product lines. Drive in racking allows maximum use of space – almost as dense as block stacking, with the added advantage of product and packing protection due to separation. It allows for deep storage for efficient use of available space, perfect for confined operating areas like freezers. With drive-in racking, pallets are placed by the forklift on horizontal rails, thus storing them more deeply than traditional selective racking and creating more space in the warehouse. Forklifts “drive in” to load or retrieve the pallets within the racking.
CARTON LIVE STORAGE
Cartons are placed on sloping roller tracks, supported on pallet racking. Cartons are loaded from the top end and then roll forward with gravity and are retrieved from the bottom. This can be an excellent addition to your existing pallet racking installation.
PALLET LIVE RACKING
Pallet Live racking is a high-density dynamic storage system that increases efficiency by maintaining a First-In/First-Out product flow. To achieve this, products are stocked from one aisle and picked from the adjoining aisle through the use of a gravity-fed rolling system. Pallet Live racking is ideal for expiration date-sensitive inventory, high-volume consumer goods, warehouses and food distribution centres. It’s ideal for ambient and temperature controlled installations, including freezers.
